CARDS-X endeavors to lead the industry to the environment in minimizing the effects of its activities. We recognize and are aware that we work in an industry that has to do with plastic, and we take responsibility seriously that we have to clarify and offer alternative products that are considered more environmentally friendly, like our biodegradable plastic cards as well as recyclable card holders and biodegradable rigid ID covers in which we produce ourselves.
The key points of his strategy to achieve this are:
Minimize waste by evaluating and ensuring that you are as efficient as possible.
Minimization of toxic emissions by selecting and using its fleet and the source of his energy requirement.
Active promotion of recycling both internally as well as with its customers and suppliers.
Procurement and promotion of a product range to minimize the environmental impact of both production and sales.
Fulfill or outperform all environmental laws that relate to the company.
Use an accredited program to compensate for the greenhouse gas emissions caused by our activities.
We will actively search for environmentally friendly alternatives to all of our plastic products.
Consult and exceed all relevant official requirements and procedures.
Obtain environmental factors in all business decisions.
Sensitization and training of employees on an annual basis.
Minimize waste and dispose of inevitable waste in a responsible and efficient way.
To maintain and protect the environment and, wherever possible, to improve through the services and products we offer.
We will minimize paper consumption in the office.
We will try to reduce packaging as far as possible.
Light and electrical devices are switched off if they are not used.
Wherever possible we will prefer more environmentally friendly and efficient products.
We promote the use of travel alternatives such as email or video/telephone conferences.
We will make additional efforts to meet the needs of users of public transport or bicycles by joining programs such as Cycle2work.
We will prefer "green" vehicles and wait consistently to ensure continuous efficiency.
We will include the employees in the implementation of this guideline in order to achieve greater commitment and improved performance.
We will update this guideline at least once a year in consultation with employees and other interest groups if necessary.
CARDS-X takes responsibility for the harmful effects of its business on local and global environment and undertakes to reduce it.
CARDS-X will measure its effects on the environment and set goals for continuous improvements.
The company will comply with all relevant environmental laws.
The company will carry out a training program for its employees in order to raise awareness of environmental issues and to gain their support in improving corporate performance.
